NHA100 series hydrazine analyzer has the low detection limit and automatic calibration function, it is suitable for hydrazine concentration measurement of ultra pure water in strict industry. Its measurement method is photoelectric colorimetric method. Under acidic conditions, the chemical reaction of hydrazine and paradimethylaminobezaldehyde, get two methylamino benzalazine yellow compound reaction. The yellow compound color depth, is proportional to the hydrazine content in a certain range of concentration, so it measure hydrazine concentration by rule and line through the unique design of the long-life photometric.

The hydrazine analyzer has wear resistant and corrosion resistant sampling pump control system. It monitors constantly sample water and reagent, which can sufficiently guarantee reagent reaction and ensure the sample flow enough uniformity, so that It can ensure the accuracy and stability of the measurement. NHA100 series hydrazine analyzer has automatic detection function to compensate the chroma and turbidity of the sample water. It has automatic slope and zero calibration function to compensate the hydrazine bottom of the reagent.
