SIA100 Series Silicon Analyzer

SIA100 series silicon analyzer has the low detection limit, automatic calibration and off-line measurement function, it is suitable for silicon concentration measurement of ultra pure water in strict industry. Its measurement method is photoelectric colorimetric method, and it measures  through the unique design of the long-life photometric. It monitors constantly sample water and reagent, and there is a magnetic stirrer in the reaction chamber of constant temperature, which can sufficiently guarantee reagent reaction and ensure the sample flow enough uniformity, so that It can ensure the accuracy and stability of the measurement.

The silicon analyzer adds  reagent by precise metering pump, Its operation is simple and convenient. Without manual adjustment, no need to replace the pump tube, so  its maintenance is less and it can greatly save reagents.  In addition, it can accelerate the speed of the pump pulse when replacing reagents, so that it can be quick and easy to add reagents, remove air bubbles, and eliminate the measurement  interference  caused by the bubble. The silicon analyzer has data storage, it can retain the calibration and measurement data, to achieve on-site printing function to facilitate on-site management and tracking. The silicon analyzer has compact structure, and it can be equipped with stainless steel box. Its  installation modes can be used for wall wall mounting, panel mounting and other ways to choose.
